Mr. Jojo Uligan joined Curo Teknika Inc. in 2014 as the General Manager and was promoted in Mar 2017 to Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for Curo Teknika’s daily operations and the driving force behind Curo Teknika’s vision and mission. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing industries and has been and the Executive Director of the Call Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) before joining Curo Teknika. Today he concurrently leads CCAP and Curo Teknika to becoming transformative and sustainable organizations. Being the head of Curo Teknika’s Management Committee, Jojo ensures that the company’s sales, marketing, product management, I.T., operations, finance and human resources units work together to achieve Curo Teknika’s vision and mission.
As Group Head for the Commercial Business Group of Curo Teknika, Jett is in charge of all the facets of Revenue Generation, Customer Relation and Business Solutions endeavors of the company. Jett has 17 years of extensive BPO, Shared Services, IT and Telco experience. He was the President of Philam Call Center Services Inc, Managing Director of BPSource, General Manager of Global Process Manager (Magsaysay BPO Group), Managing Director of Creatives Asia, President and COO of Pakyaw.Com. He was also a part of companies such as Teledevelopment Philippines, Broadband Philippines, Advance Contact Solutions, Eastern Telecoms and Philcom.
Since joining Curo Teknika in 2008, Mr. Jhem Luciano has provided leadership, guidance and direction to Curo Teknika’s IT Operations Services as well as Technical Services and Support in applying technology to business settings. He is a seasoned IT professional with 20+ years of experience establishing a comprehensive business/technical skill set and expertise in systems integration, system administration, project management, network management and customer service under his belt. Likewise, he has MCP, MCSE, CCDA certifications that complement his expertise in System and Network Engineering and Administration and Service Delivery Management and Operations.
