  • Nerissa S. Ramos
    ePLDT COO and Curo Teknika President
    Ms. Nerissa “Nerisse’ S. Ramos is the current Group Chief Operating Officer of ePLDT, Inc. and the President of Curo Teknika Inc. among other ePLDT subsidiaries. As the company’s president, Nerisse guides Curo Teknika in achieving its goals of simplifying business through I.T. support and business process management. Previously, she was the head of PLDT Corporate Business Solutions as well as the First Vice-President and Head of PLDT’s Corporate Business Group, the Corporate Sales, Corporate Marketing, Product Development and Technical solutions arm of the Philippines largest telecommunications services provider.
  • Jojo J. Uligan
    General Manager
    Mr. Jojo Uligan joined Curo Teknika Inc. in 2014 and serves as the General Manager. He is responsible for Curo Teknika’s daily operations and the driving force behind Curo Teknika’s vision and mission. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing industries and has been and the Executive Director of the Call Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) before joining Curo Teknika. Today he concurrently leads CCAP and Curo Teknika to becoming transformative and sustainable organizations. Being the head of Curo Teknika’s Management Committee, Jojo ensures that the company’s sales, marketing, product management, I.T., operations, finance and human resources units work together to achieve Curo Teknika’s vision and mission.
  • Clea P. Amenamen
    Assistant Vice President for Finance
    Ms. Clea P. Amenamen, as the head for Finance, Admin and Facilities, is responsible for managing the financial and physical resources that support the company’s growth and direction. She leads the internal teams that support the business operations of Curo Teknika in the following areas: spend management, revenue assurance, financial reporting, business planning and budgeting as well as administration and facilities management. Likewise, she plays a critical role in partnering with the management team in strategic decision making and achieving operational efficiency as Curo Teknika continues to build capabilities for its clients through constant service improvement. A graduate of the University of the Philippines in the Visayas, she is a Certified Public Accountant by profession with more than 25 years of experience in internal audit as well as financial operations and management in various sectors and industries
  • Josette A. Lloren
    Assistant Vice President for Human Resources
    As the group head of Curo Teknika’s Human Resource Management, her extensive leadership background as well as strong organizational and business sense guides the company in maintaining a driven, collaborative and supportive culture. She strengthens Curo Teknika’s relationships with local government units, educational institutions and retail industries for recruitment and sourcing initiatives. She also spearheads organizational enrichment through documentation and implementation of policies and corporate governance guidelines while encouraging organizational development through leadership programs, trainings, and employee engagement activities. She has a Communication Arts degree from Maryknoll College and has a proven track record in human resources, process improvement, people management and sales.
  • Jon M. Cervantes
    Curo Teknika Operations Group Head
    Mr. Jon Cervantes is a graduate of De La Salle University Manila with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 17-year tenure in the BPO industry. He has a strong background in operations specializing in Business Process Outsourcing, Call Centres and Business Process Management, Business Development, Customer Service and Operations Management. He was the Vice President for Business Development and a member of the Board of Directors of the publicly listed, Easycall Communication Philippines, Inc. and the General Manager of Logicall, Inc. He joined Curo Teknika in 2014 as Operations Group Head. His length of experience gives him proven capability in strategic and tactical planning, product research and development, Strategic Relationship formation, and creating the maximum new business potentials in various sectors and industries.
  • Jemuel C. Luciano
    Curo Teknika Group Head for Corporate I.T.
    Since joining Curo Teknika in 2008, Mr. Jhem Luciano has provided leadership, guidance and direction to Curo Teknika’s I.T. Operations Services as well as Technical Services and Support in applying technology to business settings. He is a seasoned I.T. professional with 20 years of experience establishing a comprehensive business/technical skill set and expertise in systems integration, system administration, project management, network management and customer service under his belt. Likewise, he has MCP, MCSE, CCDA certifications that complement his expertise in System and Network Engineering and Administration and Service Delivery Management and Operations.
