Ms. Nerissa “Nerisse’ S. Ramos is the current Group Chief Operating Officer of ePLDT, Inc. and the President of CuroTek. among other ePLDT subsidiaries. As the company’s president, Nerisse guides Curo Teknika in achieving its goals of simplifying business through I.T. support and business process management. Previously, she was the head of PLDT Corporate Business Solutions as well as the First Vice-President and Head of PLDT’s Corporate Business Group, the Corporate Sales, Corporate Marketing, Product Development and Technical solutions arm of the Philippines largest telecommunications services provider.
As the COO of CuroTek, he is responsible for the company’s daily operations, ensuring that the vision and mission is excellently met. Jett is a seasoned senior executive in the BPO, Shared Services, IT and Telecommunications industry. He was the President of Philam Call Center, Managing Director of BPSource, General Manager of Global Process Manager (Magsaysay BPO Group), Managing Director of Creatives Asia, President and COO of Pakyaw.com. He was a part of companies such as Teledevelopment Philippines, Broadband Philippines, Advance Contact Solutions, Eastern Telecoms and Philcom.
As the Head of Finance, Admin and Facilities, Clea is in-charge of managing the financial and physical resources that support the company’s growth and direction. She leads the internal teams that support the business operations in the following areas: spend management, revenue assurance, final reporting, business planning and budgeting as well as administration and facilities management. Likewise, she plays a critical role in partnering with the management team in strategic decision-making and achieving operational efficiency as CuroTek continues to build capabilities for its clients through constant service improvement. Clea has 25 years of experience in Internal Audit and Financial Operations Management as Certified Public Accountant in various sectors and industries.
As the Head of Human Resource Management, Josette’s strong organizational and dynamic leadership background directs the company in maintaining a driven and collaborative company culture. She strengthens the company’s relationship with local government units, educational institutions and retails industries for recruitment and sourcing initiatives. She also spearheads organizational enrichment through documentation and implementation of policies and corporate governance guidelines while encouraging organizational development through leadership programs, trainings, and employee engagement activities. Josette has a Communication Arts degree from Maryknoll College and has a proven track record in human resources, process improvement, people management and sales.
As Head of IT Operations, Jem provides leadership and direction to IT Operations Services, Technical Services and Support. A seasoned IT Professional with 20 years of experience in establishing comprehensive business and technical skill set in systems integration, system administration, project management, and network and customer service under his belt. His expertise in System and Network Engineering and Administration, Service Delivery Management and Operations is backed up with MCP, MCSE, CCDA certifications.
